Just in case you didn't know, these are two books from J.K. Rowling's wizarding world. They are the texts that are referenced within the Harry Potter series, much akin to The Tales of Beetle the Bard. The two books are "Quidditch through the Ages" and "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." The books are short and sweet, packed with humorous tidbits. What makes these books great though is the world, not the content.Through the same quippy comments, sardonic scrawls, understated violence andFor all those Harry Potter fans out there...these books are great. Although the quidditch book was kind of like a textbook, it was still really great to find out the ideas of where it came from. But, the book about beasts was GREAT. I loved learning about all of the cool animals in the magic world, but I have to confess...the commentary by Hermione, Ron, and Harry was so funny. Great for anyone. "It's a book thing."

Quidditich though the ages was written to raise money for a u.k charity Comic relief. There is nothing to hate, the cover has a blurb written by Albus Dumbledore and the price witten in muggle and wizard money (£2.50 or 14 sickles 3 Knuts)The book which belongs to Hogwarts school library and even includes a list of people who have check the book out. Quidditch: Way better than I expected. Her imagination astounds me. It even made me laugh. Go Ballycastle Bats! Or.. Go Holyhead Harpies!! Or... Go Fitchburg Finches!!!I cant decide. But not Sweetwater All-Stars. Because even though I live in Texas. I dont like this state.Beasts: So cute. The audiobook is narrated by the very sexy Eddie Redmayne. His accent is pleasant for this American to listen to, because Brits sometimes are hard for me to decipher. I just bought the Kindle in Motion version

When I was a little girl I desperately wanted to be a Hogwarts student. I always knew that I would be in Gryffindor and on the Quidditch team (Seeker, beater, chaser, keeper-it didn't matter) and I would excel at Defense Against the Dark Arts (what can I say, I'm quick witted:P).
