Narrative Toward Books The Game Changer (The Perfect Game #2)

Jack appeared at my door last night after six months of no communication wearing a Mets jersey and holding a dozen red roses. He told me he was sorry, that he loved me, and that he would earn my trust again. It took everything in me to not fall apart at the mere sight of him. I wanted to take him back into my life, but I needed to know that this time it would be forever…

In J. Sterling’s highly anticipated follow-up to her USA Today bestselling novel The Perfect Game, Jack and Cassie quickly realize that their new lifestyle can often be cruel and unforgiving. Their happiness is put to the test as the past is never truly far behind.

How do you stay together when the world's trying to tear you apart?

I was gonna write a proper review on this one... but fuck it LOL Dex is waiting for me and I really think I have spent too much time reading Cassie and Jack. So I really enjoyed the first book, had a lot of fun with these two flawed characters and the way they kept fucking everything up. But this book was unnecessary and boring.I appreciate all the explanation at the beginning of the book and that's probably the reason behind those 3 stars, and well they were sweet at certain points and I liked

I have some mad love for J. Sterling. Not only as an author but as a genuinely nice person that cares about and talks with her fans. That being said, I find myself extremely lucky to have had the chance to read "The Game Changer" prior to its release. This book for me was a solid 4 stars throughout most of it. I have this little requirement for a book to earn that 5th star...it has to evoke some sort of emotion in me, whether it be that it makes me cry, gives me goose bumps, turns me on, etc.

This book... this book.... ugh...this book typifies so much what is wrong with women today...this book makes me want to step on my soapbox with a big ass microphone... but I'll save that for the end. Here's what you really want, to knowPlot:The first 30% (kindle marked) of the book is all about Jack recapping how he spent that six months before he went to get Cassie back in New York, aka Kitten (what a dumb name btw). It's told in a writing style that kind of bothered me, but basically Jack and

I read the little teaser and I was like, "WHAT THE FUCK DID HE DO THIS TIME?!"

Update: 25.07.2013 So,okay. At first I was like... Jack: But the more I read the angrier I became. All of the bad things he did to Cassie came back. I couldn't forget the fact that he C-H-E-A-T-E-D (To painfull to say)... And she forgave him so fast! I loved Jacked in the first book, but somehow I couldn't continue... I'm not a masochist!I tried to give you a second chance Jack! I'm sorry, I tried ok? I tried...BUT...No matter what:I'll never let you go, Jack. I'll always remember the nights we

4 Curve Ball StarsThis story explains all the questions about the time Jack spent away from Cassie. It had been 6 months since Cassie had seen Jack when he showed up on her doorstep asking for another chance. We get to experience his viewpoint on his anguish, his hurt and his determination in getting back the love of his life after he made that one big f*cking mistake. Jack is truly a changed man. He gets himself traded to the NY Mets so that he can "Prove It" to Cassie that he can be the

This is one of the worst books I've ever read so far. I swear. This review is gonna be short because I don't want to waste more time with it. After finishing The perfect game, I wasn't sure about reading this second book because even though I enjoyed parts of TPG, others not so much. But some of my friends were planning a BR of The game changer so I decided to join it because If there's anything I love is reading and chatting books with them. That was the best part for sure. Even if the book is
