You might not know the backstory of all the side characters, but it doesn't take away from the experience. Samantha Williams has been burned by her baby brother's acting career and since then has sworn off dating any kind of celebrity. When she runs into Leo Nash, front man of the band Nash, she begins to reconsider that promise. The chemistry between these two was palpable.
